The Eco Warriorz aim to support and celebrate differences and to foster an inclusive organisational culture.

We are currently working to improve our policies to make volunteering with the Eco Warriorz accessible to more people.

At present all of our volunteer roles are based in event campsites, approaching campers at their tents.

Event campsites are, unfortunately not well suited to those with mobility issues, with uneven ground, and insufficient space between tents to easily manoeuvre. Access to facilities can be limited. 

Volunteering can be physically challenging and because of this our current roles may not be suitable and safe for everyone. 

Our to-do list includes developing more varied roles, with accessibility, disabilities and wellbeing being a core focus of this. Our core team includes disabled members and it is important to us to try and cater for disabled volunteers wherever we are able.

We plan to work with event organisers to improve accessibility for our volunteer roles and we welcome collaborations and relationships with expert partners and our volunteers to help us to do this.
